A USB power source is easy to add and there are a number of ways to do so.

I also know of an instance where a rack intended for a 2013 Standard model would not fit the 2014 Standard. The original Honda Genuine Accessory (p/n 08L70-MGC-D30) was a low-profile rack, with the load surface about an inch below the level of the seat. The high profile ones are almost in line with the seat..
The 2014 rack was a high profile. Both 2014 Deluxe and Standard would use the same rack (p/n 08L70-MGC-N40), but the Honda kit also included a pair of extra extension brackets in the kit to lower the rear mount about 20mm. (these brackets are not sold separately.)
Buying aftermarket is a crap shoot, especially as many come from China and sending them back is nearly impossible. I think you would have better luck with the high-profile design.
