The luggage rack for the 2013 fits the 2014 STD. I have a recollection that the DLX is subtly different. Lord Popgun will remember, or Mr T at Samurider will be able to tell you.
Likewise, Mr T will tell you which heated grips fit. Don't hold me to this, as I have no real idea what I'm talking about, but I'd be very surprised if OEM ones did not fit all models.
An aux USB power source and driving lights will have to be aftermarket. Anything that works on pre 2017 models is likely to work. In 2017 Honda changed to LED lighting. I have no idea whether that makes any difference to driving lights, but I recall people have had some problems retrofitting LED headlights on the pre 2017 bikes.
