This practice is more prevalent in lawn care and power equipment Honda engines. You only want to be doing oil injection into a motorcycle cylinder if plan not to turn the engine over for years, it gives the piston rings a fighting chance not to stick and the piston skirt to drag on start-up.

IMHO- Unless you store the bike in a really damp environment or for a REALLY long time....as in YEARS, I wouldn't bother fogging.
