CB1100 Idle speed instability problem

there is no urgency, it's just a nuisance like you put it, possibly a throttle reset ( key on-rotate throttle full and return, repeat twice-key off ).
or do an engine shutoff with the red kill switch just to see if it normalizes itself( iacv cycles when this is done ).

Is it 1500 all the time or just sometimes?
