CB1100 Idle speed instability problem

Just thought I'd check in. My bike continues to idle perfectly. I really wish I knew what caused the high idle. It is interesting that it happened right before the end of the original equipment battery life. I'd try to pin it on that but I can't because the issue was 'cured' while I was still running that battery. Installing the new battery had no effect on the idle either way.

After all this I have decided that injector cleaner will be used occasionally.
