I just picked up my bike 
And according to the mechanic they changed the whole throttle body, all these parts:

The ride from the dealer to home was 57 km (35 miles) and at the end did some city riding.
Previously I would notice the infamous idle problem, or at least some hints of the issue arising..
But so far so good, the idle is as stable as you would want to expect from a Honda motorcycle, lets hope it stays that way!!!!!
