Do mods lower value?

I'd keep all of the stock parts. As a buyer, I'd always prefer to find an all stock example. As a seller, you'll never come close to getting your money back out of the majority of those parts, the exception being rare parts are no longer made that happen to become very desirable. Even then, the best way to sell aftermarket parts is to sell them separately on their own.

So, have fun modding away, but be sure hang on to every part you replace if you think that you might eventually sell the bike and are concerned with getting the most money out of the sale given the investment you made.
