Thats what I thought too. And I sent them all that and more--everything was on that template they send. Apparently it didn't help, and apparently they couldn't just go to the dealer. Or maybe it takes a long time to make one. I don't know. Heck, there was a machineist here at work that said he could whip one out pretty quickly. But he isn't here anymore
And you're right about the half hour thing. If nothing else, TV has taught me that most problems can be solved in a half hour. Or maybe another half hour next week!
