To be clear: unlike other bikes that come from the factory with lean-fueling and other FI issues, the CB has no history of that at all. They are, in fact, just the opposite: out of the box they run incredibly smoothly without any of the issues you describe.

It sucks that your bike is having these issues, but rrest assured its a fixable defect vs. an inherent design flaw. The only reason you'll want a PC is to before power, not to "fix" the FI.
