To get a decent copy of the picture in digital form (what you'd need to post on or to the internet), it needs to be scanned. Many modern fax and copy machines can do this. Many people just take a picture of the picture with their cellphone or digital camera, but the quality is severely lacking. From the scan, the image must be uploaded to an online service like "photobucket.com" - there are many others as well - and from there the image can be posted onto sites like this. It's truly not as difficult as it sounds, and as Ferret mentioned, maybe your 35 year old could help you with the process? We'd all love to see them!
