Rust on lower fork bracket

So, for us non French speaking/reading members, what did they say ?

Don't hold me to this, but it looks like three things appear from the French forum:
[li]There are problems with rust[/li] [li]You have to be a member of the forum to view attachments[/li] [li]Honda France has not yet answered.
[/li]
One post says like "it speaks to you as a kid: 'You only have to read the instructions and thoroughly clean your toy, rust if it is to your fault!'"

Some problems—customer relations, or at least people's perception of them—appear to be universal.
