No the Yosh was installed in the time between the first and second service.
I had a fork seal and the front brake rotors replaced under warranty after that.
No issues with the dealer and the regional rep had to come by and approve the rotor replacement, evidently he had no issue with the pipe either.

I'm not in the automotive business so I'm not sure how warranty claims work and it could be that that particular dealership I bought my truck from either lied to me to make a sale, or couldn't get GM to cover it after the fact and didn't want to eat it... Regardless I will never buy another vehicle from them again or recommend anyone buy one from them lol.
I think I'm going to run over to the place I bought my CB from and ask them if they'd put in writing that they'll fix my bike with modifications. Within reason of course, if I have my ecu reflashed and full exhaust I wouldn't really expect them to replace a motor lol, its situations like yours where if I have those mods and a fork seal needs replaced.. I think that should be covered.
