This is one of the more helpful threads I have read, my only problem is that I did buy the warranty, and I did not negotiate it at all. I did not know warranties were negotiable! I did pay more than I wanted and I financed almost 2k more than the sticker price due to dealer fees and the warranty. My payments only went up $17 a month due to the extended warranty so not a huge deal, and it is a big peace of mind. Anyway I am done babbling just wanted to say thanks for posting.
