I concur w/ "The resale value for EVERYTHING in the motorcycle world is currently in the toilet."
My new 2014 Vstrom 650 Adv that I bought from the dealer 1.5 yrs ago for $9k OTD, less TT&L,
right now won't fetch anything over $6k w/ 12k miles.
Likewise, my new 2013 Burgman 400 that I bought from the dealer 2.5 yrs ago for $6k OTD, less TT&L,
right now won't fetch anything over $2.5k, also w/ 12k miles.
The CB1100 is not immune to deep depreciation, imho.
If I were to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing. New is new. Low miles is low miles.
