No...it wouldn't mean that at all. For instance, Ohlins sold the shocks for half-price after Honda exited in 2015. A forum member sold the exhaust at a substantial discount after just a few miles. For some reason, unknown to me, you have decided to draw some line in the sand and pick a fight. You win. I obviously have no idea what I'm talking about, and no idea how much I've spent. But you do.
