I agree, I like sitting close to the tank also. Except I can't. My left knee hits the cam cover, very hot. So I scooch back a bit. Need to get those Buell footpegs to drop my feet a bit.

Look at the picture of fuzzy's bike. They drop your feet down around an inch.
