Sorry I didn't see that question before, Ferret! I bought the Hagons a few years ago at either Newbonneville.com or British Customs, off the website. Newbonneville doesn't appear to carry Hagon anymore, and British Customs doesn't have the bare-basic road shock I got on their website (they have shocks with a shroud for $240). But you might be able to find the basic road shock by contacting Hagon directly or using their website to find a dealer, here:

British Customs also has them in the Thruxton / CB1100 length on its website. BEWARE: the bottom rubber grommet is not wide enough for the CB1100. Unless, like me, you have an appropriately sized drill bit. Point being, it's probably smartest to contact Hagon directly. It just worked out for me because I had those Hagon Thruxton shocks sitting in my garage anyway.
