Yoshimura RSC full exhaust rusted in less than a year

So the stainless steel pipes shouldn't rust? Would there be any issue with black pipes? I'm looking at the Moriwaki black 4-2.

That's correct. Stainless steel will not rust. In the 1960's all auto makers used mild steel for exhaust pipes. It was easy to bend and form into long complex shapes. BUT every time a car is shut down the rapid temperature drop causes condensation to form like it does on the outside of your ice tea glass. Those steel pipes were constantly wet inside even in dry weather and they rusted through. Replacing exhaust pipes was common back then. Stainless steel is a bi**h to bend into complex shapes without special equipment. This is why "hand bent" exhaust systems are still often made out of mild (rustable) steel. Avoid them if you want a durable system. Today, all auto makers use only stainless steel in exhaust systems and they never rust and still work great after hundreds of thousands of miles. The stock exhaust on the CB11 is stainless steel. Cheers.
