Walrus, I have exactly the same problem on my '13. It's not terrible, but noticeable. Mine is definitely not touching anything, and everything is tight at mounting points - it just kind of buzzes at certain RPMs. It hasn't bothered me enough to attempt to investigate the cause and fix it yet, but it's on the list. I'll be watching here to see if you find something that works!
