Can someone confirm if my Arrow slip is missing parts (box had a huge hole)

If it's like my GPR there's one baffle that you just don't put in during install and then one on the end. Mine had a ring with two little circles, forget what kind of clamp that's called, that you have to push together with a tool and then just simply pull it out.
