I've been toying with the idea of a sports version of the CB for a while. Weight saving I've found to be the best thing for the bike.
Spot on beardy, weight is this bikes enemy when it comes to performance that and its ability to turn in and change direction mid corner both i have addressed to my satisfaction

mega cycle custom made reverse cone silencer
alloy open mouth air filter housing
remote shocks with 1 inch longer ends then the standard length
custom rear seat cowling with cut down yzf750 seat
no centre stand more weight off
drilled holes in everything little bit of weight off
To come // alloy over swing arm and alloy fuel tank then probably a divorse when my wife finds the reciepts
