Hey Dudes. So, I think the CB1100 is going to stay around a while longer. I love looking at it. As a piece of art, its magnificent, no matter how boring it might be from time to time.
Now, in an attempt to help that bore factor, I'm going to take a stab at something I've never really dabbled with; exhaust fabrication. See, I can't spend the $600 for a Moriwaki, no matter how much I like it. However, I've got an Emgo universal muffler that was on my CB350 and vibrated off. Now, since the 350 needs rings anyway, I was thinking of pilfering the muffler, making a flexible conduit midpipe or something, and fixing it to the 1100. It looks the era, should add some bark, and is certainly within budget. It won't be the quality of the Moriwaki, but hey, my first stab at this. Anyway, wish me luck.
