I know there are a few other tire threads. I posted to see if the forum's collective wisdom has expanded the set of available tires from the stock Dunlops/Bridgestones. It seems that it hasn't.
Thanks for the comments...and the helpful observation that the Bridgestones also have the center line...I'll likely stick with the Dunlops in that case as I've had no issue with them. BTW, it looks like my front has less remaining tread than my rear; however, as some have mentioned, the rear starts out with more tread, so I'm not so sure that it wore down any faster than the rear. Given the inconvenience of taking the bike into the dealer multiple times, I'll likely replace both front and rear very soon...and possibly work in a few other service items, given I'm at 6,909 miles.
