Jerky movement low gear high revs?

If you hold the throttle in neutral at a steady 1500-2000 rpm's you will hear an electronic clicking sound, watch your needle on the tach jump up and down when this occurs. I think its in the design at such a low rpm and sure this is what you feel when in motion.
