I reported the paint flaking off the Spark Plug Cover. It's only on Cly. 1&2 which is the side that the forgotten O2 Sensor was on.
I'm wondering if it was running lean on those two cylinders and ran a little too hot, causing the paint to peel.
I'm a bit annoyed and worried to be honest. As much with myself for messing around with a new bike as the tuning shop for doing a poor job ;-) I promised myself that there would be no more messing after I blew a Commando engine trying to tune it.... never learn do we!
Yes, we do learn-how to do it better the next time! If you have tinkering in your blood there is not much you can do to get rid of it. I suffer from this affliction as well and I swear every time I get a new vehicle I always say I'm not messing with this one, but it NEVER lasts...
