The upper hose, the right angled one behind the cylinder block, is the drain for the front of the air filter housing. It collects moisture and other stuff from there. Funnily enough I cleaned mine only yesterday, getting about 20ml of reddish liquid from it. That's normal and draining it is part of the routine servicing. The note in the Service Manual says clean every minor service, or more often in rain or dusty conditions. The Karcher may have contributed by forcing water into the air cleaner housing. Pressure cleaners should be used with care, around seals particularly. The air cleaner rear drain sits under the bike along side the fuel overflow drain, adjacent to the side stand mount.

I would say my bike sees its share of dust and rain. I really haven't found too much stuff in the rear drain tube. Only the front.
Condensation in humid (in any temperature) conditions is normal. When the engine warms up the moisture is mostly expelled. Prolonged idling when cold or short distance riding does not allow this moisture to evaporate and be expelled. This causes oil dilution and lubricating qualities to degrade. Long runs with a hot engine avoids this. Should be born in mind for oil change intervals.
