Another Arrow issue lol, cant get baffle out

Hey everyone, im having issues pulling the baffle out of my arrow slip on. Knocked off the welded tab, pulled snap ring out, but for the life of me i cannot get the baffle out. I sprayed a little WD around the seams to help lube it up but it will not come out. It pops out a hair and will rotate but i just cant get it out. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions? Thanks again!
