NOTICE (this is in big block letters). Failure to tighten the camshaft holder in a crisscross pattern might cause a camshaft holder to break.
And as Pekingduck said, the caps must be in the correct locations. They are marked.
Honda torque specs are clean and dry, not with oil or any lubricant. If you use oil, torquing a bolt to spec will be about 35-40% higher than recommended.
