Paint maintenance

Thanks for the responses. I'm pondering the decent sized tank pads, Mr.P has used. ([url=http://cb1100forum.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=15359&pid=263578#pid263578]See here.) The one down side may well be that, once they go on, they may never come off.

I’m on my second set (black then blue tank) that Mr. P uses. The adhesive has a tendency to part from the pad. I’ve used 3M tape moulding tape to correct. No damage to tank.
