Hi guys, does anyone knows how the syncro/balance of the injectors can be made to a 2017 RS NA? The place on the injectors where the adjustment screws has to be is sealed with a ferm metal cap. Is sealed only for European models because of the EURO norms reasons and without being able to increase the fuel flow, or... all models are the same(sealed cap) with no possibility of syncro/tuning/balancing?

Not sure exactly what is meant by the sealed caps. The throttle body assembly is actually 2 twin-throat assemblies. There is no adjustment between the throttle bodies of 1 & 2, nor between 3 & 4, but there is adjustment between the left and right pairs. However, it is not a necessary adjustment unless it has been disassembled - you're more likely to do harm than good. Any tuning would be done through a Power Commander or equivalent. I'm still struggling to do everything possible to eliminate that vibrations.(10-24-2025, 01:00 PM)TheLegend Wrote: Hi guys, does anyone knows how the syncro/balance of the injectors can be made to a 2017 RS NA? He didn't, because they where capsulated (11-01-2025, 06:31 AM)m in sc Wrote: good. tell him to leave them alone. like said.. how's he going to tune them or adjust them w out the correct equipment? you don't just do it by ear. does have have a flow bench? if he's trying to eliminate a 'vibration' how is he determining which one is out of sync? hence the '4 afr' comment? That's exactly what he did: clean and put them back; he tried to help me and eliminate the simplest causes(dirt+syncro) because the engine runs a little stumbled too and yes they had dyno stand and etc, they have been dealers for 30 yrs for Kawa&Yamaha, they know what they do but for this RS they don't have the right soft and know-how; maybe my english isn't so good and I don't know how to expres myself technically good enough so, don't be so cruel. Thank you!

But alls well that ends well, at least they didnt get in there and start messing w them any further."m in sc: these bikes arent supposed to be razor smooth, that wasnt the point of them" I do not agree with you at all, till recently Honda was recognized as being the most reliable, super smooth as a Swiss clock, that's one of the main reasons why we buy Honda. Regarding the strong/abnormal engine vibrations: this is not a particularity to be proud of, or to take it as it is because that's how this moto are build for; on the contrary, vibrations like that means an unbalanced movement(due to a cause) that is not only unpleasant to be ridden but sooner or later will certainly lead to a damaged engine. I came here for real help, advices and suport so, don't shoot the pianist!
