install instructions..

i am wondering about the installation regarding the wiring.
it is a 6 wire hookup (left turn, right turn, brake, running, plate and ground)

what i am wondering is where all connections can be made.
are the running , brake and plate able to be connected to the wires in the brake light itself?

where best to tap the turn signals? how do the wires get routed from the plate to the hookup location?

is there something the ground could be attached to or should it be attached to the ground of one of the other lights?

TIA

I had this same plate on my last bike. I found it easiest to just splice into the existing wires in the back because the length on the wires will not reach the box.
I also had issues with that plate trapping moisture in the LED clear case over the lights

i am not getting that exact one, just one similar.
when you say splice the wires in the back, is that the wires inside the brake housing?
i have not removed the brake light to see what the situation is like in there regarding wires and extra space.

Yes both the signals and brake wires should be tucked up in the brake box in the back I just cut the wires and spliced the signals and brake lines together. Either that or find a way to route them.
I'm not a mechanic though so it may not have been the best way pf installing it.
