2013 vs 2014 appearances

I like looking at other riders pics. Still trying to wrap my mind around the appearance differences in the 2013 vs. 2014. The DLX only in 2014? Red the "standard" color for 2013? Black the "standard" color for 2014, unless you get the 2014 DLX? 2013 side covers are silver vs. 2014 are black? I thought the 2013 engine was silver as well, but now I'm not sure, as I saw a pic today of a 2013 with black engine. I know the 2014 engine is black.

Certain windshields which fit the 2013 will not fit the 2014 as the speedo and tach are larger or sit more forward. There are just a few shields available that will fit the 2014 Standard.

If you are talking just the US..
2013's red, silver side covers, 4 into 1, black motors, black mag wheels polished edges

2014 Std black, nearly everything, 4 into 1

2014 Dlx, red, red side covers, 4 into 2, silver motors, silver mag wheels

lots of other differences 30 alone between 13 and 14

however if you are talking world wide..anything goes
