An oil change has nothing to do with this symptom and I also suspect the gas.
Was the gas tank full during storage?
If so, how did you prep the gas?
How long was the bike stored?
Where/how was it stored; inside; outside; controlled conditions?

Fuel or Spark?? I agree with Rocky, put fresh gas and additive seafoam or similar and run a tank. If it doesn't clear out bring it in for service.

Hi. Thx f repoonses . Bike was used on and off during the winter, never had gas sitting f more than 2 weeks, always fueled at same place but this seem to be case of bad fuel.
It has nearly all gone by itself but will fuel smaller quantities and try additive as suggested . Will keep an eye out and report back .thx again
