Had problems with my bike running rough on the way to work today almost like it was running on 2 cylinders and kinda sluggish. Anyone else have this issue? I’m gonna try the TPS sensor reset on the way home see if that works. The bike has a power commander v and a motogp works exhaust and a k&n air filter. I really need to get it dyno tuned but I don’t want this to be an issue when I take it in to have it done. Thanks guys.

Probably a dumb question, but did you fill up the tank on the way to work today? I've noticed that if I accidentally overfill the tank, the bike runs rough for a bit. I've been told that excess fuel can choke the tank vent filter which can lead to the engine running rough. You probabl y know all this, but I thought it might be worth mentioning.

Any chance the ecu or connections got wet? Had that problem once! Otherwise, fuel issue? When and where did you last fill it up? Is this a new tank of gas?

My completely stock DLX did that once, last year, while I was accelerating onto a freeway. It wouldn't rev and wouldn't pull 4th, 5th or 6th gear. Finally made it home, let the bike sit for a day or two, topped off the fuel tank, and the problem never recurred. I have no clue.

Didn’t fill up and the last tank came from the gas station here on base I’m gonna look over the connections this weekend.

check the vents into the tank. The engine will starve if the tank can't breath
