 Centre Stand 2-Parter

With both sides of the stand contacting the ground from your right foot on the mainstand extension, push all your the weight on the right foot, your right hand under the grab lifting up, not back. The left foot stays on the ground to steady yourself, and the left hand just holds the grip to steady the bike, not pulling on it at all.

This is where my extra weight is very useful , bigger belly = easier putting bike on center stand.....
