As much as I like the 2017, especially the wire wheels, I'll stick with my 2014 Deluxe, thank you.

The '17 is nice but it cost twice what I paid for my '14 and I know it's not going to be twice the bike that I've got. +1 and spot on. I should also add that there's nothing about the 2013 that irks me. As a result I have no compelling desire to replace it.

I just went for a ride on Sunday and the CB checks all the boxes for me. The power band for my riding style is always there and the easy turn-in is so effortless. The bike's weight is just enough to make it feel planted on the road and the motor is so smooth and responsive. I ride a 2013 standard in red. I am the second owner and truly enjoy this bike. It puts a grin on my face every time I swing a leg over the saddle. Cheers, Russ

Nope! Not a fan of the list price or the new tank style.

After all the work I've done to my 2014 DLX, no way.

No, but this is a silly question to ask people on the board which presumably we all already own an earlier model.

I don't think it's a silly question.. I know a few folks who got rid of their '13 for the '14dlx..
Myself personally, im not getting rid of my '13.. After years of wheeling dealing on bikes their are ones I've regretted selling or wish I had back.. As my '13 is modified with one or two mods to go. I promised myself I wouldn't sel it for a quick fix on another bike.. I also like have the first year in the US.. That said, i do have another bike in the garage, while I like it well enough I never bonded with it (HD I got for a steal).. If I could make some $, I'd consider adding '17 maybe after the initial hype dies down.. |
