Here's how I carry my 'bikes, on a castor-wheeled rigid 'trailer' behind my motorhome (RV), both my BSA C15T and the bigger BMW R100R. It's how I'll be picking up my CV in May.

The motorhome is a Hymer Exsis (no longer made) and is tiny by US RV standards! It's big inside, though, sleeps 5, lounge, cooker, fridge, shower, toilet, satellite TV, etc.

The length is only 5.5metres (18 feet) so the short trailer is just brilliant, a total length just a tad over 20 feet. Cheap on ferries!

Toilet, shower, sleep and fridge. Everything one, er, um, ..., uh, ... a few would need.
