Ooooh! I like. Fits the look of the bike much better than the stocker. Unfortunately, the wife-unit would cast scowls in my direction for weeks if I spent that much on a seat. Maybe as the bike gets some market penetration the price will drop closer to $300 or $400. I could probably get away with that for a minimum of pain and anguish.
Anyone know if this seat fits the 2013 CB1100ABS? I ask because the site says 2014 deluxe/EX models only. Anyone?

Welcome to the forum! Your question would depend on which seat model you are referring to (at least two types of seats were discussed in this thread)...both the models below will fit the 2013 or 2014 Standard:

Just sold my K&H high for $300. Fits all the standard models, touches the back of the larger EX tank but will snugly fit. The high seat provides an 815mm ride height compared to the stock seat's 755mm height. I think the Chic seat is lower than stock.
In case folks aren't convinced in the quality and comfort of the K and H tall seat yet, yesterday I got back from a 6200 + km trip from Edmonton, Alberta to Anchorage, Alaska riding on this seat and my butt never once got sore. Other parts of me did, but this seat is incredibly comfortable. With the stock seat I was complaining after 45 minutes. With shipping the seat cost about $800 Canadian, and after this trip I'll say it was worth it. In this case, 'you get what you pay for'.
