My wife everybody. she's tougher than she looks. After 2 years of learning from scratch (she couldn't even ride a bicycle), this last weekend she was genuinely on the road. we've been making trips to the DMV to hijack their test course so she can practice. she's now at the comfort level where she can easily get up to speed in the 60's and ride safely. You can tell she's a little unsteady, but her nerves are solid. even when she goofs up and falls over, we just make repairs and she's fine, not even shaken up. a real trooper.

P.s. Watch all the way to the end if you want to see her throw sparks from one of her pegs.

that's odd. it plays for me just fine? I just took it down and back up again. the link should still be the same. give it another go?
in case not :

YouTube link Played for me on IPhone but no audio. She did fine. She forget to turn the fuel petcock on? Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!!!

BTW: I like the look of that Suzuki and she looks very comfortable on it. Seems to fit her well.

Youtube link worked for me.

Looks like she is doing great to me. No hesitation, good lines. Well done.

That 650 Suzuki single is working well for her.

MrP, compliments to MrsP. She looks comfortable and in control of the Suzuki and is riding well.

One plea from an aging Antipodean: please persuade her to a full-face helmet.

No problems for me in the thread and popped out into another browser tab. No sound though.
All my videos are silent movies. Nobody wants to hear wind noise.

She didn't forget to turn it on, she ran out of gas, and i had to run back and turn it on reserve for her. she had no idea lol....she thought it had broken down.

She's getting used to it bit by bit. the shifter is sticky, it likes to stall and lug (she actually stalled out and fell off just yesterday evening, we've got some levers to fix.)

She's working on it. her helmet is a holdover from her passenger-riding days. she very seldom rode pillion with me so she just got something comfortable and cheap (most full face helmets that "fit" really seem to crush her head.) now that she's riding full time she's already been shopping for a full face that isn't too painful to wear.
