Got my Corbin Gunfighter

It's different. Hard as a board but I did ride 40 min without the burning numbness I have with the stock seat. It's used off of EBay with an imitation Corbin backrest. Seat and backrest came out to $400. Wife and daughter insisted on some kind of sissy bar as they said they felt they could slide off the bike when riding on the back. So I solved two problems.

Now to try a longer ride....

Also the two tone colors ended up not bothering me all. I kind of like the looks of it.

Thought about a trunk as a back rest? The luggage rack would accomdate a givi universal plate and there are trunk options to fit it. Worth it.

I thought about the Givi but wasn't sure how sturdy the trunk would be to lean on.

Have trunks on the cb1100 and vstrom. Absolutely sturdy enough to lean on.

I have not written off the trunk yet. I need something to put the helmet in. With no storage, all of my rides are just joyrides. So far the trunk is the best option I can think.

Put a few more miles on the Corbin seat. Still have not had any pain like the old seat but it's not that comfortable to sit on either. It's a pretty good improvement but not quite what I'm looking for either.

But I do really like the backrest feature.
