I looked but didn't find a list of the differences so forgive me if this has already been asked. It looks like the differences b/t the deluxe model and the standard in the USA are as follows:
-Deluxe has silver versus he standard's black painted wheels and motor.
-Deluxe has a larger, more maroon fuel tank.
-Deluxe has chrome covers to hide discolored header pipes.
-Deluxe has a more retro looking seat.
-Deluxe has painted versus silver side panels.
-ABS is standard on the Deluxe.
-Deluxe has 4-4 versus 4-1 exhaust. (+30 pounds)
Am I missing anything?
It's getting hard to hold out much longer with the $1000 Honda Bonus Bucks and many dealers offering another $1000-1500 discount!
I have a friend who is a GM at a dealer who is willing to sell me a standard for $7000 or a Deluxe for $8999 plus tax, title and tags.

Header pipes are stainless steel on the '13 and chromed steel on the '14. No covers.
The '14 has a gear indicator and some other instrument features that Ferret or another member can expound on.
The '14 also has a 6 speed vice the 5 speed on '13s. And the '14 exhaust is 4 into 2.

LOL I should put this in a word file so I can just copy and paste
Well lets see how many of the differences I can remember,
(in no particular order)
1 Silver motor
2 Silver wheels
3 4 into 2 exhaust
4 Chrome waterfall head pipes vs snaky stainless head pipes
5 ABS standard
6 Taller, patterned seat vs plain
7 Polished master cylinder covers for clutch and front brake vs black
8 Chrome bar ends vs black
9 Polished top triple tree vs painted
10 Headlight raised an inch
11 Horns raised an inch
12 Smaller turn signals
13 Front sprocket cover now aluminum instead of plastic
14 Color matched side covers instead of silver
15 Side covers wrap around frame
16 4.6 fuel tank vs 3.9
17 New speedo limited to 120 mph
18 New instruments have different patterned faces
19 Digital gear indicator
20 Fuel computer that tells fuel used, ave mpg, fuel remaining
21 Passenger grab rails on a different angle to follow contour of new seat
22 Passenger grab rails polished
23 New left hand switch assy to match other 2014 Hondas ( I put a 13 switch back on mine)
24 Front forks take different amts of oil in each leg (for some reason but its new for 2014)
25 Rear axle size reduced (lower torque required for some reason but it's new for 14)
26 A little easier to do oil change if you want to count that lol
27 570 lbs wet dlx vs 540 lbs wet std ( due to ABS, larger fuel tank, 7/10 gallon more fuel, aluminum vs plastic sprocket cover, and extra exhaust pipe = 30 pounds weight difference)
28 6 speed transmission
29 DLX handlebars 1/2" taller

I'll take the 30 pound weight savings thank you, and although I was leaning towards a 14 deluxe, I saved a ton of money on a new leftover 13, I definitely prefer the stainless steel snaky headers and the black engine, so I'm happy

Great list ferret! That should be saved somewhere for easy access. It's unclear, however, if the OP was asking about differences in the 2013 standard vs. 2014 deluxe or between the 2014 standard vs. 2014 deluxe. Your list will differ depending on which. Either way, very helpful!

Yea you are right MG. We get so much discussion about the 13 and 14 dlx I zoned into that.

The '13 has a beautiful asymmetrical look to it, reminiscent of fine art

Thank you for the excellent list. Yes, I was comparing a 2014 standard to a 2014 Deluxe.

the 2014 std has the 6 speed, aluminum sprocket cover and revised instrumentation of the deluxe and probably the smaller rear axle.

I could be wrong but doesn't the dlx only come in red?
