Check out the mob of wild kangaroos in the background only a few miles out of town.
Great day for a ride up through Ferguson Valley and down to the coast.

Beautiful, looks as though you've had some rain there.

Cheers

Lovely country for a ride. Are the roos a problem after dark as are our deer?

Don't ride at dusk as that's when the roos are on the move, wouldn't want to hit one at any speed. They can make a mess of a 4X4 at 100kph and they just appear out of nowhere as they bound across the road. Hence the bull bars on the front of our cars for those who travel in the bush. Our National emblem is very evident as road kill. Then of course we have wild pigs, donkeys, horses, steers and camels. Strangely more wild camels in Australia than in the Arab countries.
Yes Pterodactyl still green here from winter, but not for much longer, great time of the year for riding though. Smile

A real problem for riders then, similar to the deer in the Texas Hill Country and the reason so many cages are adorned with "Bull Bars" in the Lone Star State.
