So I put the inexpensive Brushed Aluminum Radiator Guard that says CB1100 on my bike and it rattles pretty bad over 4,000 rpm...
Anybody else have one and fixed this issue...?
If I can't, I'm going to just remove it...

I would say just a bit of double sided tape strategically placed would solve it, some kits come with a little.

(+1) Tev62.
Consider "higher heat" VHD tape.
If not, consider just dabbing a bit of high heat silicone-like goo on the corners of the guard to mechanically isolate the two surfaces. Then, Bob's yer uncle.

I may have the same guard on mine.
I have a roll of 5mm thick black foam sticky on one side which I stuck on the guard were it touched the rad to prevent it rubbing, it must also stop any vibes and rattles because I havn't heard any.

I have the same type of radiator guard as Mixagon (see above pic) and I stuck a piece of old inner tube (from my kid's bicycle) between radiator guard and CB1100. Seems to do its job.

Dang Mixagon... You probably have a thread on it someplace, but those are cool looking wheels.

Hi, I have had great luck with items for my bikes from China. All the negative, mostly unwarranted, comments aside; the radiator screens work great. One of them needed a little holding down for awhile with a black zip-tie to get it going the direction needed.
But the photos show they work and only cost about $30/$40 each.
The holes/spaces on yours are too large where tiny rocks/debris could enter. I have had mine a couple years, and not even a moth can make it to heat my bike up!
And mine make no noise whatsoever!
