I bought some hash once back in the '70s. It was my first year of college and I was still living at home, commuting to UCF. I was totally paranoid about where to stash the stuff, then I got the brilliant idea to hide it up in the attic. Hash was super rare, so I called some friends and made big plans to go to the beach and get f'd up on it that weekend. When the weekend came I couldn't find that cuss to save my life. I guess its still up there somewhere.

I only ever managed to get my hands on hash once back when I smoked. That was a good day.

Probably had some very happy and hungry mice living in that attic.
*In my best mouse voice* "Dude, did you see the size of that piece of cheese in the kitchen?"

Hey guys, all levity aside, I just wanted to point out that I do receive plenty of feedback, criticism and compliments from many of you via PMs and email. I do read everything sent my way and consider most all of it as the weeks, months and soon to be years stack up around here. I've tried to be as straightforward as possible when it comes to the fact that most all of this has been new to me. I don't have a problem with others calling me out on my decisions around here and a few times I have changed course as a result.
The honest truth is that I don't feel that I've had to intervene much at all. Although I'm guessing that the ferret receives more comments/complaints/headaches than I'm aware of. Overall though, I believe that most involved here have either been policing themselves out of respect for others, or they simply learned how to behave like a proper adult somewhere along the way and have chosen not to slip out of character just because they are communicating in an online format. Either way, it is much appreciated.
All the best,
Guth

You know... we need to get back to talking about bikes here... namely the one that got us all to sign on in the first place. Whether it's the 2013, or the 2014... std, deluxe, ex, white , red, black, or in at least one case... blue. 6 speed, 5 speed, one pipe or two... It's about the BIKES. I'm glad this forum is here... I've thought about joining one for my KLR, maybe one for my Harley, but I just don't have the time. This one is the one I joined and I like it. I don't know if I post a lot or a little... and I rarely offer much in terms of technical or mechanical knowledge... and I don't even ride a lot... but that's my problem. I like to hear and learn from what others have to say... and I like the pictures. I also think it's really cool that we get to talk with and see pictures from people in other country's. So, if the one that started this conversation, or the one we had on here a few months ago (maybe there's more..) don't like this forum or the way it's being run.... I'm not running it so I can say it... you're free to leave. You're distorting the message for the rest of us... who want to do one thing... talk about OUR bikes. Please leave us alone.
