Trying to figure out why a previous owner stuck at quarter in the space on the right side of the throttle body. Looking at parts fiches and the shop manual doesn't give me a clue what is behind it (or why). Pity the coin doesn't match the bike's year (2014).
Any guesses for a practical reason for having done that?

It was a thing on the board here for a while. Members would put their state’s coin or one that meant something to them in that spot.
