I know a lot of you have used Samurider to purchase parts, but I have contacted them several times on their web page and have not ever received a response. I don't want to be surprised by shipping costs so I am trying to get them to answer how much it would be to ship a part to where I live. I put in all my info., part info., etc., hit SUBMIT and they never reply.
Are they really legit or is this a hit or miss company and should I look elsewhere?

I have never had any problems when I have submitted an enquiry, But it has been a while since I have needed anything from them. They are a legit company.

I've sent them an e-mail twice asking about something. Both times I received an e-mail reply in under 24hrs.

Hmmm. I click on the Get a Free Quote Now! button, fill in all the information and then hit Submit. Wait for days and days...Nothing. Guess I'll try again and then maybe look somewhere else. Bummer because the price is good and the part is what I want.

I am fairly new to this but have placed two orders in the last 6 months with Samurider. He has been quick to respond to all of my questions and both quote requests, including freight, were prompt. Keep in mind the time difference. He is 17 hours ahead of me in California. Everything was promptly shipped and received. Products were exactly as he described. One product was a Japanese part, cb500 mirrors, that he did not advertise but was able to obtain for me at a price below local dealers. I am extremely happy with his service.

I just made an attempt to contact them now through their "Contact Us" tab. We'll see how this goes. I've waited over a week for the other requests.
Sounds like you guys are happy with them so I don't want to disregard them yet. Thanks for the positive posts.

in the past two months I have "submitted" three different price/shipping qoutes. I recived each in under 24 hours. Did just as you did.
If you submitted another request today, it is already the weekend there. I think. Or maybe it's yesterday? Hmmmm
