68, I don't think it but sure do feel it. Youth is too dear a thing to waste on young people.

Glad to see that I fit into the majority group. Well maybe that's not a good thing. Last 6 years I've owned a Harley Night Rod Special, a BMW S1000RR, a Harley Road Glide Ultra and a Can Am RT Limited. The Can Am was the worst POS I've ever owned. Luckily I bought it used so I didn't get killed. Now I just want something that is simple and fun to ride. That said I'm over the hill and I want an old school style toy that is reliable and easy to service. Hondas have always been good to me so it looks like I'm coming home. Going to look at a CB1100 tomorrow.

I turned 40 this year and got my M1 license. I am considering this my mid-life crisis.

Interesting . . . so far, we have no members under 30 (no surprise there) and 75% are 50 or over, with many nearing or already at retirement age. I'm sort of surprised the bike did not sell better, since "older guys" are the ones with all the money. lol

Ouch. Applied for SS last week.
Didn't feel old until the little kid up the street told me he was graduating high school next year.

Heard once that age was merely the accumulation of experiences, judging from the characters I met at the Bland rally there is a lot of experience around here.

When I heard the bike referred to as a "geezer glide" I was sold.

Dealer won't allow test rides, bummer. Anyway I'm going with my PU truck, tie downs and check book. Deal looks reasonable so it will probably be residing in my garage tomorrow night. Figure I'll be dead a long time so I may as well spend my kids inheritance and enjoy it. LMAO. Oh I signed up for SSI at 65, figure I better get it before it's gone with the way DC is going. DC stands for Dedicated Criminals.

Mate, there's plenty more of them to come. Just make sure you enjoy them all!
