I wear an identical shoe as Holy666... slight differences you can see from the pictures. It is a very solid shoe and very comfortable. I have wide feet and these accomodate my foot just nicely. The only downsize is that they are not boots.


I bought these Alpinestars Web Gore Tex Boots not long ago. They offer more ankle protection. I have worn them in 90F weather and my feet stay dry. The S&S Big Guns feel more solid than these.

I have had these Danner Fort Lewis since 2007. At that time they cost $300. I can not kill these things.



All leather, NMT, 600 gram Thinsulate, Gore Tex. These boots have about 200,000 motorcycle miles on them and they have never let me down. Best damn boots your hard earned money can buy.

I Just added another pair of boots to my collection. These are not Motorcycle specific but they are pretty rad. Full grain leather, Very stiff on the heel, sole and toe, very form fitted, No Giant Heel (finally!!!) and the sole is a sticky non slip rubber. Best thing is they were under $100. Rode the past two days and I love em! check these out! I went to harley, cyclegear, local honda dealer and two other boot specific stores and couldn't find anything I liked. Discovered a DSW store in Buena Park Ca and found these there.

holy, those are nice looking boots. We do not have any DSW stores in our state but I am tempted to order a pair. Can you tell me if the sizing is accurate? Also, is the shoe narrow or wide as I have narrow, flat feet?

Not saying it's common, but my only experience with buying boots at DSW was a pair of Harley Davidson boots, mild ones, they don't scream H-D. The uppers were very nice oiled leather, but just a few months after buying them, the entire heel and sole separated and just fell off. They were just glued on, and the glue was dry as a bone.

Those are nice looking boots. If they were only waterproof I'd consider them.

They are a little narrow. I have long skinny narrow feet so it fits perfect for me. Run true to size. Looks like the sole is glued and stitched on. My favorite thing is there isn't a huge heel. I just hate how heels get caught up on pegs.

I also tried on a pair of Timberland Earth Keepers boots which go up higher but they were too flexable/soft.

I owned a pair of HD boots too and they didn't even last a season. I had to use a ton of shoe goo to keep the darn heel on.

Those boots are nice. I'm also looking for a pair of boots I can wear on and off the bike. I currently wear the Icon Super Duty boots and they're okay. Protection seems good enough but they're clunky and hard to walk in, even after years of use. I have a pair of Alpinestars SMX race boots and it's hard to find better protection but, again, they're horrible to walk in and look pretty ridiculous the moment you step off the bike.

I think I've settle on a pair by Rev'it! called the Ginza. They're a little pricey but the reviews are good, they have the protection and supposedly, the comfort I'm looking for. Plus, I really like the styling. The ones you posted look similar.

The Rev'it Ginza and the Stylmartin Indian were the two boots I was really interested in for on/off bike purposes. I wound up buying a pair of Joe Rocket boots that are hiking boot styled for a lot less money, but they don't look as good as either of the others.

I'm saving my pennies for a new jacket right now, but these boots will be back on my search list before too long.
