No one I can think of Spaceman.

An American is going to have to go live in Spain or Italy to be competitive in the future. In Spain they have started grooming them at 8 years old with organized racing with teams. Future looks bright for many Spanish motorcycle riding youngsters. The Italians do it too to some degree but not like the Spaniards.

You are right there ferret. Some promising young Aussie kids have moved to Spain, with parents, to train and compete in Spanish junior classes. It's not easy.

American Super Bike has fallen on hard times of late and is not the best training ground for the premier series, just ask Josh Herrin.

Ben Spies had some success, a win at Assen. Being Matt Mlladin's teammate in American Super Bike proved a great benefit to him but injuries and bad luck ruined Ben's career.

I can't see any American breaking into Motogp soon. Perhaps Jack Miller has the best chance of anyone outside of Europe.
