I use accuweather app on my phone. It also predicts rain down to the minute. Not 100% accurate though lol

I use the radar view on the Weather Network to get an idea of where the rain is coming from and when it will fall. Not always accurate, but I have Max the Cat. If he comes in from the back yard it is going to rain within the hour.

AccuWeather and Storm Radar on my phone. Also Dark Sky. I have not used them to give me alerts while riding, but I refer to them when stopped and my adjust a route if it looks threatening on the route I had planned.

Sorry, these news links seem to expire. Here's the site: [url=https://www.climacell.co]climacell
I use Weatherbug and Storm Radar. Weatherbug has a great display of hourly conditions. It seems a little pessimistic on rain which is why I check Storm Radar for precipitation. This climacell claims to predict weather on a much shorter and more localized basis. I love the idea but of course that's a premium subscription feature.

I use accuweather and dark sky. Between the two of them I feel it confuses me sufficiently.

Since I work at a race track a good part of the year, I have several weather apps on my phone to prep for foul weather, particularly helping the errant racer or vendor who didn't bring a way to secure a pop-up tent. Weatherbug is a bit pessimistic, but pretty accurate. The better track operators have full weather stations in their control towers, but my status usually doesn't permit me into such lofty places.
I also rely on my left foot, one of those "now that it's broke, it can predict rain" things. If you don't mind a bit of bad language and want a laugh, check out the WTForecast app.

We used to have a radio personality here in Cincy, and when it was time to do the weather you could hear the window in his studio slide open, he'd stick his head out and say things like "Man, it's sunny and hot out" or "It's pretty nice out right now, but I see some dark clouds off to the west so it might rain some later", or "better stay inside, it's raining cats and dogs out. If you do have to go out be sure to wear your slicker and galoshes." He was pretty accurate. Funny too. Of course his weather reports were only good until the next time he stuck his head out the window an hour later.
